Additional Details for Family Membership
- Right of Admission reserved.
- All fees and charges are to be paid in advance.
- Membership is not transferable.
- Membership fees or any charges will not be refunded.
- Members cannot claim refund or postponement for their unutilized
portion of their membership if any. - If the usage of the swimming pool is restricted because of any maintenance issues or cleaning purposes, the members are requested to bear with this and the management will not be held responsible for delays and disruptions.
- The working hours of the Swimming Pool keeps changing periodically, depending on the season. The members are requested to enquire about
the timings at the counter for their convenience. - When the swimming pool is over-crowded, the member’s swimming
time may be restricted. - The members must sign the membership register at the counter, every
time when they enter the premises. - If the member brings any guests along, the regular swimming charges
will have to be paid for them before using the facility. - Members should wear only the prescribed swimming costumes.
Any deviations will strictly be prohibited. - Members should take a shower before entering the swimming pool.
- Smoking or consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited
inside the premises. - Please avoid diving into the pool, as the pool is not deep
enough for diving. - Members are requested to keep the premises neat and tidy.
- If any member knowingly or unknowingly causes damage to the property of Oasis or any other person, that concerned member has to compensate the affected person to their satisfaction.
- The Management reserves the right to terminate the membership if the conduct of the member is detrimental to the operations at the
swimming pool. - The members are advised to take care of their belongings by
themselves. The management will never be held responsible for
any loss due to their negligence. - Management will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused
due to accidents, power failures, and other reasons beyond the control
of the management. - Management has the right to amend / introduce new rules at its own discretion.
